For as long as I can remember, I've always been enamored by labor and birth. "A Baby Story" on TLC was my favorite show as early as elementary school. As I grew, a holistic lifestyle held my focus and has been my desired trajectory. This led me into the world of bodywork, where I passionately help clients manage chronic pain and improve quality of life through massage. I am excited to *finally* put more of myself into birthwork and utilize my knowledge of the mind-body connection to help people navigate labor and postpartum.

Birth is a transformative experience. While your memory may filter out moments, your brain and body will retain every change to your tissues. This is why advocacy and an instilled sense of agency in the birthing person and their support person is so vital, and I am so excited to play a role in that!

Along with pursuing my DONA birth doula certification and being a massage therapist, I love fostering a self-sufficient lifestyle – as well as a good Target run, of course. I keep chickens at my dad's hobby farm, enjoy gardening and preserving, learning new hands-on skills, and reading!
