Madeline Mitchell
A great birth is a great start to a healthy family. I am passionate about childhood development from ages 0-3 and bring my experience as a birth doula and postpartum doula to support clients as they grow their families.
As a Montessori educator and parent of two young children, I value hands-on experiences and space for individual growth. My degree in art therapy gives me a unique perspective on the intersections between self-expression and health. I completed my doula training through DONA International and am committed to lifelong learning. Through the Indie Birth Academy, I am building on my expertise to support families.
My personal journey has involved connection to the land through growing food for my own family. I am committed to sustainability. That’s why I am also an expert in using cloth diapers.
I hope to earn my clients’ trust in me and most importantly themselves. From there I bring them reassurance and strength. I feel called to support the youngest children and their families, and I am excited to be able to do this in the Duluth community through doula work!
